Red Dilled Potato Salad With Yogurt
It's easy to incorporate fermented foods into your meal! This is Red Dilled Potato Salad With Yogurt served with Instant Pot Meatloaf topped with fermented ketchup, air fried zucchini chips, Fermented Sweet Corn Relish and steamed broccoli. Three different ferments included in one meal!
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups steamed, cooled and cubes red potatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
Mix yogurt and seasonings in a large bowl. Add potatoes and onion; mix lightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to blend flavors. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
