Cucumber Salad With Yogurt
Yogurt contains the probiotics necessary to maintain gut health and is a tasty addition to this cucumber salad!
2 to 3 medium, thinly sliced cucumbers
1 to 2 green onions, sliced
Dressing:
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Stir in cucumbers and green onions. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving to blend flavors.
