Beer Bread

This batter bread is perfect for panini-style sandwiches! Toast some slices for an extra flavorful BLT!

3 cups self rising flour

3 tablespoons sugar

1 (12 ounce) can of beer

Optional: 2 tablespoons dried herbs

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until browned. Brush with melted butter.
